A credit card is required to reserve your suite. If credit card information is not received at the time of application a suite will NOT be assigned.
Once suites are assigned the credit card on file will be used to charge one room night.
The remaining amount of the stay for the suite will be charged by the end of January 2017 and is non-refundable. The length of the stay may not be shortened after Feb. 3, 2017, but may be lengthened on a space-available basis. Name changes will be accepted up to the arrival date. All room changes must be made through AFFI.
FORMS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE AND DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED A MEETING ROOM OR SUITE.
In an effort to cut down on business meetings taking place with non-registered attendees we will have increased security on all meeting room levels. Individuals without badges will not be allowed in meeting rooms. In addition to meeting room security, companies who hold business meetings in their suites or meeting rooms with non-registered attendees, both parties will be responsible for registration payment at the FULL LATE registration rate amount.
