Picking Up Your Badge On-Site
Head to The Hub located in Grand Ballroom right off the lobby of The Manchester Grand Hyatt. There are three walk-up counters where you can pick up your badge through our automated system. Simply scan the QR code from your confirmation email or enter your last name to find your registration. Your badge will automatically print and then you can head over to the next desk to pick up your AFFI-CON 2019 Program & Directory and registration bag, sponsored by Oregon Potato Company.

- Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
- Only registered attendees may attend convention activities and book a hotel room within The Manchester Grand Hyatt room block.
- Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in business appointments and meetings. Registered attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to decline meetings or appointments with any individuals who are not registered attendees.
- AFFI reserves the right to invoice companies or individuals who are not registered and seen conducting business meetings within The Manchester Grand Hyatt.
Cancellations on convention registrations made prior to Jan. 14, 2019, will be assessed a service charge of $50 per registrant. Registration may be transferred at no additional fee. To cancel or transfer registrations, please contact AFFI’s events department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No refunds will be made after Jan. 15, 2019.
