Get your registration early and get the best rate! Early Bird rates end on December 31, 2011.
Pre-registration lists provide registered delegates the contact information necessary to schedule business meetings during the convention. AFFI-CON delegates’ schedules fill up quickly, so getting an early start making appointments is extremely important. The list is distributed to registered delegates approximately one week after each published deadline.

*Registration Classification Definitions:
Distributor: An employee of a company that supplies wholesale frozen foods to foodservice or retail outlets. Please contact AFFI for verification if you believe that you qualify for the distributor rate.
Retailer/Foodservice Operator: An employee of any individual, partnership, firm, association or corporation that is engaged in the sale and marketing of frozen foods in a retail and/or foodservice channel or is engaged in the preservation of food by freezing and in the marketing of frozen foods solely through his or her own retail facilities.
Government: An employer of federal or state government agency
Guest: A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or adult child (18 or over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A spouse, co-worker or an association within the industry is not eligible to use the guest registration.
Registration Policies
Registration Policy
Total payment must accompany the completed registration form in order to process registration. Only registered delegates may attend convention activities and participate in business appointments. Delegates should only meet with registered delegates.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds on registration cancellations made prior to Jan. 23, 2012, will be assessed a service charge of $50 per registrant. Registration may be transferred at no charge.
No refunds will be made after Jan. 23, 2012.

December 5, 2011: 1st Pre-Registration List and Suite & Meeting Room Request Deadline
January 11, 2012: 2nd Pre-Registration List and deadline for Exhibitor, Advertising, and Sponsorship listing in the Program & Directory
January 23, 2012: Hotel cut off and Registration Refund Deadline
February 6, 2012: Final Pre-Registration List Deadline
