A hotel block for registered AFFI Frozen Food Convention delegates has been made at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, the official AFFI-CON hotel.  Hotel reservations may be made online using the Web sites listed or made through the telephone numbers provided.

Housing Policy

The Manchester Grand Hyatt requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date.  The length of the stay may not be shortened after Feb. 3, 2012, but may be lengthened on a space-available basis.  Name changes will be accepted up to the arrival date.  All hotel changes should be made directly with the hotel.

Please note that in order to have a reservation in the hotel room block, you must register for the AFFI Frozen Food Convention.  AFFI reserves the right to review the convention room block and remove those who have not registered for the convention.  One hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated.  Please note that the hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion.

Travel to San Diego

The closest airport to the hotel is San Diego International Airport (SAN). With over 45 non-stop destinations around the U.S. and the world, there is no shortage of way to get to AFFI-CON 2012. The hotel is located less than 4 miles from the airport; a taxi from the airport will cost approximately $13. There is a Hertz Rental Car located in the lobby of the hotel.
