The Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego is home to all AFFI-CON events, meeting rooms and suites. Please note there are a limited number of meeting rooms and suites. All space is assigned per the Conferences and Member Services Council policy, which is based off a priority point system that is based on the following criteria:
- AFFI Membership Classification;
- AFFI-CON Advertising, Exhibiting & Sponsorship;
- AFFI-CON Attendance at the Time of Assignment;
- Years of AFFI Membership;
- Donations to the Frozen Food Foundation.

Meeting rooms and suites will be assigned and confirmed via email in mid-December 2018. If you are not assigned a suite or meeting room, you will be notified by AFFI. Please note that the occupant of the suite or meeting room must be registered for AFFI-CON at the time of application.
